This weekend was Military Appreciation Day at the Roaring Springs Water Park in Boise. So, on Saturday we took advantage of the discount. Knowing Carter and his water-phobic meltdowns, we told him before entering the park that if any of the workers saw kids crying or whining, they would make them leave and go home. He promised us that he was going to be a big, brave 4-year old. And, that he was! The kids had a fabulous time playing in the water and going down the slides. They really didn't want to leave. We'll have to take advantage of it again next year!
