After a very loooonnnngggg 8 weeks away from our house, we finally made it back to Idaho during the first week of September. Though our travels and time away was filled with some great (and not so great ... hint: roaches) memories, it was amazing to be back in the comforts of our own home.
After pulling in, the kids disappeared into their rooms to play with all of their toys for about an hour while Ty and I unloaded our life out of the car. Once that was done, the kids immediately wanted to go outside and play some soccer. Grandpa and Grandma Walsh had "outfitted" them with all new gear while we were back at home and they just had to break it all in!
We had a busy month ahead of us so for the remainder of the week and weekend, we tried to enjoy the last few days of summer and being together in our home, together as a family.
